Job vacancy Inventory and Warehouse Manager

The Inventory and Warehouse Manager will be the focal point for the Inventory activities and will be working closely with the leadership team to help drive growth of the company. Amongst the many responsibilities some are listed below:

• Manage office and facilities operations encompassing maintenance, security, and logistical support.
• Working closely with internal teams to tackle challenges and spearhead continuous improvement endeavours.
• Supervise and direct a team responsible for the efficient management of inventory and warehouse operations, ensuring precision and effectiveness in stock handling.
• Maintain precise records of inventory transactions, stock levels, and procurement activities.
• Identify opportunities for enhancing processes and implement strategies to streamline inventory control and stock management.
• Generate regular reports on inventory status, performance metrics, and supply chain operations.
• Optimize consignment stock allocation to maintain appropriate inventory levels that meet operational demands.
• Coordinate purchasing activities, including vendor relations, negotiations, and procurement procedures.
• Lead problem-solving efforts for inventory discrepancies, stock-outs, and supply chain interruptions.
• Conduct performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and facilitate the professional growth of team members.

The Successful Applicant

• At least a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or any related field
• At least 3 years of managerial experience
• At least 5 years of inventory and warehouse experience in distribution settings
• Strong analytical skill
• Proficient in Mandarin is an added advantage
• Great interpersonal and communication skill
