• Manage and oversee operations across 82 shops in the Klang Valley region.
• Supervise the retail operations, maintenance team, and cost management strategies.
• Maintain comprehensive visibility over all operational aspects and provide timely reports for strategic decision-making.
• Address operational challenges proactively and implement restructuring initiatives for enhanced efficiency.
• Resolve existing issues sustainability to drive greater results and improve overall performance.

The Successful Applicant

• A proven track record in retail management, preferably in a multi-site environment, demonstrating strong leadership and operational management skills. (>8 years of retail operations management experiences)
• Ability to analyse data, identify trends, and develop strategic plans to improve operations, drive profitability, and resolve challenges.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with staff, management, and stakeholders, providing clear direction, feedback, and updates on operational performance.
• Proactive approach to identifying and resolving operational issues, with a focus on sustainability and long-term solutions.
• Collaborative mindset to work effectively with cross-functional teams, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Driven by achieving measurable results, with a focus on driving growth, optimising processes, and delivering operational excellence.
