Job vacancy Senior Finance Manager

You will in be in charge of

• Financial Leadership & Team Management:
  
  • Lead and manage a team of finance professionals, providing coaching and development opportunities.
  • Oversee the implementation and adherence to internal controls and accounting practices.
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of all financial reporting, including monthly close, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Manage relationships with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
• Financial Operations & Analysis:
  
  • Develop and implement the annual budget and financial plan, aligning with company goals.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth.
  • Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior management, providing clear and concise financial insights.
  • Manage cash flow and ensure the company maintains sufficient liquidity.
  • Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring timely payments and collections.
  • Work closely with other departments (e.g., Operations, Sales) to understand their financial needs and provide strategic support.
• Risk Management & Compliance:
  
  • Develop and implement strategies to mitigate financial risks.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and accounting standards.

The Successful Applicant

You will be suitable for the this role if you

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or CMA a plus).
• Minimum 10 years of experience in a senior finance role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting tools.
• In-depth understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) or International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
• Experience with manufacturing cost accounting principles is a strong plus.
