Job vacancy Manager, Order to Cash

• 
  
  Ensure the quality, accuracy, and timely delivery of Order to Cash services in accordance with defined SLAs/KPIs by:
  a)Ensuring O2C processes comply with company policy, accounting standards, and local statutory requirements. b) Overseeing yearly and periodic external and internal audits to prevent material adjustments due to non-compliance with accounting principles.

  Lead O2C team and act as Subject Matter Experts.
• 
  
  Support business units in implementing new business models and integrating new brands by providing guidance on accounting treatment, process control, and UAT system testing.
• 
  
  Identify and implement process improvements/automation to enhance process efficiencies.
• 
  
  Provide guidance and support for customer and material master data maintenance to outsource vendors and identify opportunities for alignment and standardization of processes.
• 
  
  Manage the debt collection process with customers on overdue payments, negotiate payment plans, and take appropriate actions to recover outstanding debts.
• 
  
  Manage vendor relationships, handle query resolutions.
• 
  
  Monitor the credit status of retailers and conduct credit reviews.

The Successful Applicant

• Full end to end experience in Order to Cash (O2C) process within Shared Services industry is a must have.
• Experience leading a team within O2C function is a must have.
• Seeking Cantonese-speaking & reading candidates who are required to serve Cantonese-speaking clients.
• Prior experience in SAP
