Question for Quick Eyes Optical Centre (Sungai Buloh)

Last month i bought lens and frame. Today suddenly when i was still wearing it there were a sound and the lens just fall out. The lens are fine but the frame is actually broken at the screw area. Its broken even when there is no accident occured. Can you fix it or help me with to come up with a solution. Still have the warranty and the frame is newly bought. Cant believe its broken all of sudden.
