I just want to ask for children who are under 6 years old cannot be given cough syrup that contain promethazine right ? ( according to BNF children and drug.com). My nephew who only 3 years old just now went to your clinic in Cheras, why the doctor can prescribe cough syrup to him? And yet he is just 3 years old. Thanks.
