Review of Pusat Komputer Pmi

Bad service, expensive accessories and service charges. Send my laptop for repair but I took it back 3 weeks later as it took longer than expected due to short supply. Received my laptop in bad condition, dent scratches everywhere plus tiny red ants crawling all over keyboard and screen. They took my deposit but PROBLEM NOT FIXED waited for 3 weeks. Could have called customer earlier and stop trying to pry my laptop open and wait for the supply. Think twice if you are sending your beloved laptop to this PC shop as they are not the one who fixed it, they will send your laptop to a guy somewhere who will pry open your laptop and do nothing with it but breeding red ants. Just ask the guy sitting behind his desk where will he send all the laptop to be fixed... guess what? It's a secret.
