Review of Klinik Pergigian Arul

It was totally an unpleasant and disappointing experience of a visit to Klinik Pergigian Arul yesterday. Being my mum's companion, I was sitting aside to wait for her while she's being service for filling.
Out of sudden, I heard the dentist yelled at her:" Kenapa?" "sakit.." "Tangan taruk bawah!" I was shocked and pretty agitated to see a doctor shouting at a patient in pain. There is certainly a reason why she raised her hand, because the assistant had pressed the tool too hard and it has caused a wound on her gum during the last visit hence definitely she doesn't want to have this to be repeated anymore. Not to say comforting but yelling at the patient is totally unacceptable. Do we get our money paid and be returned by the service with this quality level? Keep it straight forward, the service and the attitude is the worst among all the dentists/ clinics we have visited over the passed 20years. Sarcastically, don't think we will ever re-visit this clinic again and recommendation to friends is impossible.
