Review Pathetic staff

Called this company to ask about their service but the lady on the phone wasn't even interested in listening to what i am saying and keep asking me to take her email. i told her i go find other company and i did. best decision ever. please fire your staff thats incharge on the phone or youre going to lose alot of potential customers. really pathetic staff.
