Review of SMART CC SDN. BHD.

Yesterday (18/4/2012), I went to Smart CC in front of bus stand Kuala Terengganu. I'm very disappointed when the supervisor named Mira behaved so rude when entertain me. She even bad mouth about whoever customer that came in (she can makes jokes about one customer that wear red cloth with blue eye shadow - what's that?). She with no etiquette sound me from cashier place using theirs make up tester in front of other customer. So what are the make up tester for? And why must she behaved so that rude? Is that an appropriate way for a "supervisor" to hers customer?
