Review Thefts!

I used to live there for 3 years. I was paying the bills and the rental every month on time. I never missed a payment. But when I wanted to move out, they refused to return me back the deposit. I was not given even 1 Ringgit! They refused to pay me back claiming that the apartment needs repair. They were right, the apartment needed repair since I moved in. One of the windows was broken and water was coming through the window. I told them many times, but they never repair it! So basically I couldn't use one of the rooms because it was always wet due to heavy rain. I was a student and didn't have time to constantly argue with them so I left it as it was. But when I wanted to move out, they asked me to pay for it!!! This was clear fraud! I even reported a fraud complaint to police department that they are rubbing my money base on false accusation. But no one cared. I couldn't get my money back and they even didn't return my electricity and water deposit even though I had paid all the bills! Later I found out they are doing this to every foreign student knowing that they have are too busy to follow up the cases. Beware they won't return your deposit back at all! They will find some excuses to take your money! Do not deal with them or just do not pay the rent for the last months you are staying there! [I have all the documents to prove my claim]
