Pls learn how to respect your staffs. Director don't always hits your staff and scold them with ridiculous reasons especially said do nothing but take your salary. Our offer letter state working hours from 8am to 5.45pm hut force staffs leave after 6pm. For malay staff buka puasa at 7pm, we need prepare foods but call for meeting with no urgent things. Hari raya force non Muslim come for work but not said replace with holiday or allowance and force Muslim cant take holiday.
