Review Shell station cashier service

I pump petrol using my credit card, suddenly after pumping petrol till RM 35 the pump stops because the cashier stop without telling any reason. The cashier didn’t apologise for the mistake he does. He don’t bother because he is only a worker and not the owner. Should remove this type of workers. I didn’t manage to fill up anymore because the service was bad.
