Work carried out was fine . However , there were some problems that happened as far as culture and work ethic is concerned . Customer service attitude could be better. Not to be racist or bias , however , I thought they ought to at least hire some employees of different ethnicity to facilitate communications and to cater for the needs of multicultural communities that we have in Malaysia.
