After being a gold card member and not use any of their services for years, I received numerous calls from their operators asking me to upgrade to platinum card for RM599 if not they will continue charge me annual fee of RM600. After telling them to discontinue the membership, they replied saying there is no such thing as terminating the membership, and keep on calling which now turns more to harassment and threatening calls.
