WOREST TRAVEL ANGENT EVER
As a customer I find that Forever Travel Service (Penang) is one of the worst Travel agency I have dealt with.
The Travel Agency Manager Terassa Tan is the most unfriendly; unhelpful and extremely rude.
She is really not fit to be the manager.
When they mess up my itinerary all I want from her is to help to resolve the issue. Instead she do not reply to my query and ignore my email until I push her for and answer.
When she reply she is extremely rude and do not take me as a customer.

LOUSY LOUSY TRAVEL AGENT!!!!
INFORMED US THAT OUR TOUR IS NOT GOING AHEAD 1 WEEK BEFORE OUR TRIP DATE. AND IT WAS ALSO BECAUSE MY DAD HAPPENED TO STOP BY THEIR OFFICE AND ASKED ABOUT THE TRIP. IF MY DAD HAD NOT STOPPED BY, THEY WOULDN'T HAVE EVEN TOLD US. WHAT SERVICE IS THIS???
EVEN THOUGH THEY HAVE PROVIDED REFUND, THEY ASKED US FOR THE VISA APPLICATION FEE WHICH THEY HAVE APPLIED FOR US. WHAT IS THIS??? THEY ARE WRONG IN THE FIRST PLACE AND YET THEY ASKED MONEY FROM US?
AND ALSO, IT WAS US (THE CUSTOMERS) WHO HAD TO ASK WHETHER THEY NEED OUR PASSPORT AND OTHER DOCUMENTS FOR THE VISA APPLICATION, WHEN IT WAS MERELY 3 WEEKS BEFORE THE TRIP. THEY TOOK ABSOLUTELY ZERO RESPONSIBILITY OF THEIR ACTIONS!
MY AUNT ALSO JOINED THIS TOUR AND WORST OF ALL, THEY DIDNT EVEN BOTHER NOTIFYING HER THAT THE TRIP IS NOT GOING AHEAD.
THIS IS THE KIND OF HORRIBLE SERVICE YOU CAN EXPECT FROM FOREVER TRAVEL. PLEASE, POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS, THEY ARE NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY, GO FIND A BETTER TRAVEL AGENT!
