Job vacancy Head of After-sales

The Head of After-sales will be reporting to the Malaysia Country Manager, and is responsible for ensuring consistency and operational effectiveness within the company's local dealer/private Importer network across Malaysia. Amongst the many responsibilities some are listed below:

• Develop and implement business strategies for the truck and bus industry, ensuring regional and global responsibilities for after-sales
• Oversee daily operations, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance price positioning in the market.
• Lead and manage the team which includes Parts sales, marketing, technical service, and support.
• Drive safety initiatives across both Company and privately owned retail sites.
• Design and implement comprehensive goals for performance and growth, aligning with strategic positions.
• Manage consolidated P&L responsibility for after-sales business, ensuring profitability.
• Work collaboratively with dealer managers, aligning incentives, and driving continuous improvement

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 15 years working experience in after-sales for commercial vehicle industry, demonstrating strong leadership in dealer and service environments.
• Proven expertise in after-sales operations, processes, and organizational development.
• Successful track record in developing service networks and structuring effective sales processes.
• Skilled in team management, individual competence development, and clear communication of organizational goals.
• Demonstrated qualities of strategic thinking, customer focus, and a global mindset in successful people and culture leadership.
