Job vacancy Retail Operations Manager

• Review weekly sales and product performance to spot sales growth opportunities.
• Lead, motivate, and coach Store Managers to analyse sales against budgets and team KPIs.
• Guide Store Managers in analysing monthly P&L statements to manage expenses and boost profitability.
• Conduct store reviews, collaborate on improvements, and address issues promptly.
• Oversee store stock-takes to enhance inventory management efficiency.
• Support marketing campaigns and in-store PR initiatives.
• Regularly check in with Store/Counter Managers to monitor team performance and development.

The Successful Applicant

• 3 - 5 years of Retail experience, managing more than 3 stores at a time.
• Strong analytic skills for interpreting sales data and financial statements
• Effective leadership qualities to motivate and coach store managers
• Sound financial acumen to manage budgets and drive profitability
• Proactive problem-solving abilities to address issues and implement improvements
• Experience in inventory management for optimising stock levels and efficiency
• Supportive of marketing initiatives to boost sales and brand visibility
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration and documentation
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets and continuous improvement
