Job Responsibilities:

• Liaise with warehouse & transporter for delivery order and delivery schedule to customers.
• Handling Import & shipping matters.
• Inventory coordination and control.
• To coordinate internally and externally in managing daily operational functions / troubleshooting operational issues.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure product availability while minimizing excess stock or obsolete stock.
• Implement and maintain efficient warehouse workflows and procedures, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices.
• Maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment, adhering to all safety regulations and promoting a culture of safety among the team.
• Optimize warehouse layout and storage systems to maximize space utilization and streamline operations.
• Manage and coordinate return and warranty claim items
• To support other tasks assigned by the supervisor from time to time.

Job Requirement:

· Minimum Diploma/ Degree in Business Management/Logistics/Warehouse or equivalent.

· Minimum 1-2 years working experience in warehouse and logistics environment preferably with Warehouse Management System knowledge is added advantage.

· Good coordination, liaison, negotiation and communication skills

· Able to work independently, possess own transport and willing to travel.

· Some knowledge in ISO documentation is necessary

· Computer literate
