Job vacancy Senior Key Account Executive

• Meet sales volume and revenue objectives for designated key accounts and distributor networks, while also focusing on financial targets.
• Proactively expand distribution channels and product range, identifying and acquiring new opportunities for growth.
• Cultivate strong relationships with key distributors, tailoring individual business plans for each, and collaborate closely to drive business expansion.
• Work in partnership with distributors to foster business growth.
• Ensure attainment of target listings to enhance the presence of the company's brands and advance in its category in the market.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels to support sales and operational efficiency.
• Strategically design, execute, and oversee retail activation, promotional, and merchandising initiatives aligned with brand and product strategies.

The Successful Applicant

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree graduate.
• At least 3-5 years of working experience in key account management in FMCG market (MT channel).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with strong selling, negotiation and influencing skills.
• Proven track record and successes in managing key accounts and distributors.
