Position Title: Product Engineer

Tenure: Permanent

Remuneration: RM5K-RM8K

PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Actively involves product transfer of new models from R&D to manufacturing. Early involvement in NPD stages to ensure new model are able to run in manufacturing smoothly.

- Ensure new products meeting all product specification requirement by performing necessary product testing in E-run and Pilot-run.

- Perform failure analysis on products related to customer complaint, and low yield problem. Provide corrective and preventive actions effectively.

- Support company objective of cost reduction by qualifying new or second source materials. Ensure no quality and reliability problem after new material introduction.

- To control all new RM Code generation, maintain optimum RM codes in database system and continue unwanted codes.

- To maintain the latest product software, schematic diagram and PCB gerber file in Engineering product file (Share drive).

- To provide continuous support ISO 9001 and ISO 14001

REQUIREMENTS:

Qualifications, experience

• Degree or Master or equivalent with 3 years of experience in product Engineering or failure analysis Engineering.

• Experience and demonstrated technical expertise in electrical and electronics

• ECN and evaluate for any new part.

• Good communication (written and Verbal) and ability to lead and organize new project.

• Able to work both independently and within a cross functional and multi side teams.

• Strong knowledge in test/debug/ failure analysis

• Ability to write Analyze failure reports and determine the root cause
