Job vacancy Finance Manager

1. Oversee all accounting, finance and reporting activities, ensuring compliance with appropriate accounting standard and regulatory requirements.

2. Overview of daily financial accounting operations including AR, AP, GL and reconciliations.

3. Confirms financial status by monitoring revenue, expenses, coordinating the collection, consolidation and evaluation of financial data.

4. Meets accounting financial objectives by forecasting requirements, scheduling expenditure and analysing variance.

5. Handle and manage funds in the entities accordingly

6. To assist in e-invoicing implementation with the appointed external consultant.

7. To liaise with all stakeholders such as internal departments, related companies, bankers, auditors, tax agents, relevant authorities etc on all accounting matters.

8. To assist in annual audit and stock take process.

9. To coordinate and review accounting, reporting, pricing, costing, budgeting and forecasting exercises.

The Successful Applicant

* At least Degree in Accountancy, partial/ professionally qualified in Accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, CPA, ICAEW) or equivalent.
* At least 7 years of working experience
* To have strong theoretical and financial reporting standards.
* Experience in Health care industry would be an added advantage.
* Highly committed and able to work independently within tight datelines.
* Meticulous and adaptive to changes.
* IT literacy is required for this position.
