JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To coordinate and handle documentation of the import and export businesses for palm oils products, cacao products, sugar, dairy, and shrimp.
• To handle issuance and checking of contract, arrangement of shipping documents with suppliers and customers.
• To handle MUGEN entries and invoicing realization.
• To assist traders to smoothen the businesses.

JOB REQUIREMENT:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Business or equivalent.
• Candidate with working experience in logistics and/or shipments is preferable.
• Knowledge of SAP accounting system will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of International commercial terms (Inco-terms) for trading basic terms and condition will be an added advantage.
• Proficient in spoken and written English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Reliable, able to multitask and work independently.Possess an ethical mind, a mature and confident disposition, positive attitude, good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Salary will be commensurate with qualification and experience.
