• Process incoming orders accurately and efficiently using our internal systems
• Verify order information, including pricing, quantities, and shipping details
• Communicate with customers to confirm order details, address any inquiries, and provide updates on order status
• Coordinate with internal teams, including sales,shipping team etc, to ensure timely order fulfillment

The Successful Applicant

• If you are a recent graduate looking to launch your career in order processing or supply chain and are excited about the opportunity to join a dynamic team in MNC company, we encourage you to apply!
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or related field
• Fluent in English as you are required to deal with regional stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage as it will enable you to support Mandarin-speaking customers effectively.
